How To Make Keema Naans

Keema naans are easy to make in the oven, on the stove or in the tandoor.

Whenever I go out for a curry, I almost always order keema naans. I just love them.

In this video, I would like to show you how you can make these popular naans at home. Keema naans are special. Make them for your friends using the finest spices and freshest ingredients and they will be reserving a table at your place rather than the local tandoori.

That may be stretching it a bit. My local tandoori restaurant makes amazing keema naans. They taste amazing with a homemade raita and/or tomato and onion chutney.

You will also find some nice naan dough recipes in the Indian bread section of my site. Pick the naan recipe you like and give it a try. They all work well here.

I would like to stress that although I am using a tandoor oven in the video, it is not necessary. That said, home tandoor ovens are becoming very popular and cost about as much as a nice barbecue.

If I have a choice of firing up the tandoor or the barbecue, the tandoor wins every time!
