Following my SOLD OUT curry masterclass last May, we are adding two more weekend classes for 2019! This is a hands-on class for those who really want to get in there and learn recipes, techniques and tips for cooking delicious curry feasts at home. You can attend all the classes during your three night stay or choose to kick back by the pool and just enjoy the amazing food everyone else makes. It’s a holiday after all so spend it as you wish.
Next year’s first class will take place from 23 – 26 May and 12 – 15 September 2019. Past guests couldn’t believe how much was included in the price. You will be treated to an amazing three course steak dinner on the arrival night. Delicious vegetarian and/or vegan options are also available on request. All food and drink are included during your stay at the villa. Every morning you will also enjoy a French breakfast before we get to work cooking. Last May’s class included a tandoori and lobster and sea bream feast, a British curry house feast and also a more traditional Indian meal. My vegetarian cookbook, “The Curry Guy Veggie” is published right before the May class so please let me know if you would like to attend the classes to learn Indian vegetarian cookery and I will make sure you go away happy.
Villa Jousselin is an amazing property near La Rochelle, France. Rooms sleep two and many have on-suite bathrooms. All rooms cost £1000 and go on a first come first serve basis.
